Here are some helpful Law of Attraction tools you can use to help you effectively and efficiently apply the law of attraction to your life.

1.  Stop what you are doing, Take a deep breathe and Figure out What is your true want

If you’re new to the Law of Attraction, this will be a good place to start. Put down your work no matter what it is, and take a deep breath. Take a deep conscious breath and decide what your TRULY want and desire in your life. List 2-4 reasons why you think you would be happier. Then picture it vividly in your mind and imagine about what life would be like if everything worked out the way you wanted. Then you should feel ease to something barring your desires. Feel relaxed when you see those barring your future, and focus on the present.

2. Feel ease both for yourself and others
The art of allowing entails for you let yourself, other peoples and situations to be who and what they are.Here are some examples of the art of allowing.

Do not see your situations down but instead feel fine for them. If your figure, height and teeth condition are not ideal, you should allow them, too.

* When in front of people who make your dream harder to realize, you should take a generous heart. You can see through them to air.

* Love people who are important in your life.

* The darkness lasts long, but there is twilight any way.

* Let others go.

3. Feeling good for yourself means a lot

The good feeling of feeling good dim little by little from people’s mind. Feelings for yourself may affect your deep thought, they are not so simple as a state of mood.

Feeling bad: There are occasional times when your work just push your dream away, and you should keep an eye on it.

Feeling Good : you’re on the right track and you are aligning yourself with your desires

To help you become aware of which direction you’re going, make a habit of becoming aware EVERY TIME you feel bad. Calm down by breathing when you are not feeling right, identify your goals and your inspiring power again.

4:  Make your deep voice heard and cry as much as you want

When it comes to the Law of Attraction, our biggest problem usually has to do with feelings of suppressed anger and resistance. Many of us suppress negative feelings like anger, frustrations, and hurt. When we suppress these feelings, we all hope that eventually it will go away and things will get better. It takes effects on certain occasion, but the problem is not solved, and you will still suffer from it later.

* Write a Letter: When you cannot control your suppressed feelings any more, write to Mr. Stranger you imagined. Write out exactly why your upset and just keep writing until you start to feel better.

* Pour your tears as you like: Your negative feelings will be swept out by doing so. Find somewhere there is no body but you and cry. Your pain will be released out after you do this.

These suppressed moods are bad for you, and you should clear them all. So just do it, cry aloud, shout out in letter those sufferings you have hidden for long. You will return to the happy self when your unhappy feelings are released.
